9. Stop hating.

You will not live forever. Time passes quickly. Try not to waste it on cynicism. Hatred and anger are of no use to you. Dispose of it. When you stop hating, you begin to love your life.

10. Take a time – out

There are many genuine issues. You are occupied with them and nobody is denying that. Set aside a period of separation from your work and everything else in your life. Take rest and revive yourself.
